Project Family Class (1-3 year olds): Free

 

Tuition: Spanish classes for children (pre-k through 8th grade) 


$150 per semester + $25 annual registration fee

 

Family Discount:

$150 for first child registered in the family

$100 for second child registered in the family

$50 for additional children registered beyond second registrant

+ $25 annual registration fee for each registrant

 

Need-based Discount:

Students who receive government assistance or free/reduced lunch at school are eligible for a need-based discount. Please note that proof of eligibility will be required.

Tuition: Spanish classes for adults


$175 per semester + $25 annual registration fee

 

Need-based Discount:

ESL Classes

Tuition: ESL classes


$75 per semester + $25 registration fee in cash*

*The $25 annual registration fee will be reimbursed after the student takes the Best Plus Test at the end of the course.

$50 for additional students registered beyond first registrant

+ $25 registration fee for each registrant (will be reimbursed after taking Best Plus Test)

 

Need-Based Discount:

            $50 for first student registered in the family

            $25 for additional students registered beyond first registrant

+ $25 registration fee for each registrant (will be reimbursed after taking Best Plus Test)

 

Emerging Leaders Program & Parent Leadership Initiative

 

While these programs are available to participants free of charge, participants will be asked to take part in fundraisers to defray organizational costs.

 

All Programs

 

Prorated fees for late registrants: When space is available after the second week of classes, Escuela Bolivia will prorate the fees of its programs according to the following table. Please note that students who begin to attend class after October 2, 2010 will not be able to fully participate in program evaluation and assessment as pre-tests are administered at the beginning of the semester.

*For example, if a student begins Spanish classes for children two weeks after the 2nd week, they will pay $130 plus the annual registration fee instead of the full $150 fee.


Please note that we do not accept registrations after November 1, 2010.  Students who register at this time will be placed in the following semester's roster. 

 

 

Scholarships: A limited number of students in serious financial need can be awarded greatly reduced/free tuition, not to exceed the amount in the dedicated fund.  Such scholarships will be awarded at the discretion of the Principal or ESL Coordinator with approval from the Executive Director.


 

Refund Policy:  Tuition can be refunded within the first two weeks a student attends classes.  Registration fees are nonrefundable except where otherwise noted.
